Following the initial high-level client consultation and strategic reviews, OfficePOD will carry out all work necessary to enable delivery and installation of the POD within the specified timeline.

Site inspection

The list of sites provided by the employer will be visited and surveyed under a broad range of headings such as ease of access, type and extent of enabling work and proximity of services. A risk assessment is carried out as standard practice.

 

Analysis

The results of the survey will be analysed and a desk top study made of the site suitability, risk assessment notes, cost of enabling work and time required to implement that work.

 

Reporting

The results of the survey and analysis will be set out in a simple tabulated report where each staff member’s property is ranked under a set of common criteria. This ensures ease of reference and comparison when looking at results for individual staff and groups.
