Each customer is given access to their account via the secure web-site login facility. From there, they can access information such as user and contract summaries, lease start/end dates and account status.
Client's and POD users can contact our customer services staff with a request for assistance. This can range from a relatively minor day-to-day query to the co-ordination of a POD relocation or termination.
OfficePOD tailors the support package to fit with each client's requirements. This is agreed in such a way that it will compliment the client's existing infrastructure.
