Whilst the POD will be ready for occupation on the day of the installation, the provision of data and phone connectivity will be subject to the customer's requirements and specification.
Whilst the installation dates are agreed direct with the user in advance, it is anticipated that the installation schedule will be an essential tool for use in the customer's own internal planning processes such as IT support and general organisational planning.
The POD will be delivered and constructed by a specialist trained install team on the pre-arranged date. Installation is completed in less than a day.
Commissioning of the POD takes place on the day of installation. Office equipment (including data & phone connectivity) will be installed in accordance with the contract terms. Staff are trained on the use/care of the POD on the same day as installation.
