Enabling work

Following completion of the survey and subsequent reporting and internal decision making processes, OfficePOD will work with the customer to agree a programme for the installation roll-out.

This preparatory work is carried out by OfficePOD trained staff and the timing is agreed direct with the staff member within the customer's master programme.

Specification

The nature of the enabling work is prepared in the form of a 'scope of works'. Additional landscaping works might also be required - we co-ordinate these works too.

 

Scheduling

The master programme agreed with the customer will drive the scheduling of the enabling work, however, OfficePOD will liaise direct with staff members to agree specific dates.

 

Implementation

Our dedicated installation teams will execute the work on the date given. It is anticipated that in most instances the work will be completed in a single day unless additional landscaping works are required.
