Survey
The starting point is the site survey.
Here we assess the various physical characteristics of the house and garden in order to identify the location where your POD can be located.
Site inspection
The site inspection is carried out on a date that is pre-arranged with the user direct and will be carried out in a relatively short period of time, 2 hours at the most, to minimise inconvenience and disruption.
Analysis
The results of the survey will be analysed under a number of criteria and a report is compiled for the customer organisation. Matters under consideration include size and aspect of the garden, ground conditions and proximity of power.
Reporting
The results of the survey and analysis will be set out in a simple tabulated report where each staff member's property is assessed under common criteria. This ensures ease of reference and facilitates the internal review for your employer.
