All users will have access to essential information and the nature and extent of the support is generally tailored to suit the user/customer requirements.

Accounts

Each customer has access to their account via the secure web-site login facility. From there, they can access information such as user manuals, FAQ's and contact details.

 

Customer services

Customers are able to contact one of our customer services staff with a request for assistance. This can range from a relatively minor day-to-day query through to the co-ordination of a POD relocation.

 

Staff support

All users will have access to the web-based user manual, a range of FAQ's and helpline support to assist with queries. Users will always have the ability to request assistance when and how they choose.
