These are the works highlighted as being necessary from the survey, such as some relevelling of the ground for the POD and provision of the power supply and IT service.
The scope of enabling (or preparatory) works will be forwarded in advance, indicating what works will be carried out by the OfficePOD enabling team. Additional landscaping works might also be required - we co-ordinate these works too.
The master programme agreed with the customer will drive the scheduling of the enabling work, however, OfficePOD will liaise direct with users to agree specific dates. To mitigate aborted appointments, users will be contacted the day prior to site visits to reconfirm.
The enabling work will be executed by trained staff and on the date given. It is anticipated that in most instances the work will be completed in a single day unless additional landscaping works are required.
