For any user, the opportunity to work from a POD is likely to represent a milestone in their life.

A chance to work some or all of the time at home will be an exciting prospect. The transition process, however, is carefully managed by OfficePOD at all stages of the process .

OfficePOD will visit your home at each of the survey, enabling work and installation stages and these visits are pre-arranged with the user in advance. Where preparatory works are required prior to installation, these are specified and confirmed in advance to ensure that the installation will meet the POD user's expectations.

When installation is complete, the user will benefit from on-going support through the OfficePOD website and helpline.
