Sustainability

The building of bigger and taller air conditioned office buildings does not figure in OfficePOD's vision of the future. Indeed, further large scale office developments are fundamentally unsustainable in light of the long term targets to cut emissions. OfficePOD represents a significant step change in the delivery of an effective environmental policy, enabling both the employer and employee to benefit immediately from its adoption.

Accreditation

Whilst benchmarks are currently non-existent for this type of product/workspace, calculations show that the OfficePOD offers a very well insulated environment and one that can enable a significant reduction in a person’s CO₂ footprint to be realised.

Through innovative design and manufacturing processes, OfficePOD is now leading the way in modular building development.
